Light stuff questions how video projections can be used as time based light materials and how they relate to other materials.
The work became a spatial light installation, consisting of 2 video projections on 3 wooden objects, partly projected on floor and walls, one correlating audio-scape and a video light projection in a staircase.
The video’s were inspired on the site itself and made locally in the venue.
The space dimensions were 13,9 meter x 8,12 meter x 2,96 meter.
This art project was made in collaboration with Leopold van de Ven for kaalstaart 2016, also known as the Beta Art and New Crafts Festival in Amersfoort (NL).
